Calorie intake for weight loss phase.

I am 6 weeks out - how many calories are you guys consuming and how's is it affecting your weight loss ?

I see the average is 800 or so, if you work out should you up your calorie intake .... As suggested on my fitness pal ?

Any thoughts ?

I eat around 800 a day. I usually don't adjust my calories because of exercise I want to try to lose as much as possible. I'm usually hungry after I exercise at night but will go to sleep hungry so I don't feel like I ruin my workout.

I'm 6 months out an do about 800/1000. Just make sure you get in water and protein :)

I'm almost 7 weeks out. I eat about 800 cals a day as well.
