So did they approve you the first time around or did they ask that you complete more visits before you were approved? How long did it take for you to get your approval. I am so anxious, been going back and forth about this for 5 years. Any info you can give would be helpful!

How did it work out for you?

I started my 6 month diet for Highmark BCBS in July with my PCP. I went July, August, September, December, and January. February should be my last appointment and i have been tentatively scheduled for surgery the last of February. I missed my visits in October and November. I am wondering Will I be denied for missing these appointments or will 6 consultations count. The nurse said as long as they had 6 weigh ins I would be fine. Does anyone else have any info on this?

Curious to know whether or not you were approved with missing a visit with Highmark BCBS. I have five visits but I missed two in between. I have a BMI of 55 and am trying to get the sleeve.
