Hi I don't know if this is normal I'm 2 weeks post op! My left lower abdominal area is numb! The right side I can feel my left side feels like it's asleep? Anyone else experienced this?

Sounds like it is back related maybe a pinched nerve.

A lot of peeps here have reported the same thing and it does go away eventually, but at various lengths. It's fairly normal post laparoscopic surgery

I googled this question and most drs agree its most likely temporary nerve damage that will go away over time. They didn't mention any set length the numbness will last though..lol
