Your stats look great. Don't mess with a good thing?

If you're getting in your needed protein, vitamins, and minerals, you should be fine. If you're going to add to your intake, maybe add some healthy fats, like walnuts?

If you had your surgery on the 12th of September you are actually over 6 months out( I had mine on the 10th). Don't worry about eating more, I eat 700-800 calories a day and at that am quite full. I don't worry about eating more, at some point it may come but am very happy to be eating this much. Good Luck

You might be interested to know that starvation mode as we know it is LARGELY a myth.
