I'm post op 1 week now (6 days out) I've had water, ice, sf jello, sf Popsicles, apple juice, Gatorade, tea and that's it. Nothing that wasn't on my list.

I've been extremely good except yesterday I had a tsp of smooth peanut butter! I figured I'm onto purées tomorrow so it's not too bad! Otherwise it's been broth, water and juice!

grape juice and maybe too much chicken broth

I ate nothing during my first week after surgery because I was on liquids only for the first two weeks.

Once sleeved I followed my doctors orders to a Tee... Although, the night before surgery I ate a medium rare 12oz steak

Oh man, I win this thread. My 7th day post op I had about 3 ounces of frozen yogurt.

I tried Peanut Butter and it made ms sick ugh not trying that again.

I didn't even want to eat anything at that point, and was extremely conscious of my stomach just having been butchered.

...so I had nothing that was not in my plan. I even avoided some things that were.

To the OP: what a thing to brag about, Dr Garcia would be disappointed. :(

My bariatric vitamin....BLECH!
