Fear of fainting

I'm worried about the clear liquid day prior to surgery and no liquids day of surgery. I suffer from hypoglycemia, and easily feel faint from it. anyone else experience this prior to surgery? Is there anything they can do to prevent it prior to surgery? I intend to talk with dr Garcia about it but was wondering if anyone had any input

Yeah I'm sure I can make it through the day before surgery with drinking juice and such but I worry about surgery day. I just emailed my coordinator and asked. Once I hear back from her I will post what she says
