February Sleevers how are you?

Today is my 4th day post op and I feel soared from the surgery. I think that's normal. I have no appetite what so ever. I have a lot of discomfort from gas. I've been walking a lot but I still feel swollen all over. I'm scared to eat. I was told to eat the same things as preop but I'm tired of that. I would like to know what are others eating. Pls give me your menu.

sugar free popsicles and gas ex were my favorites. Hang in there....bad times don't last for long.

I was sleeved 2/25. I'm on clear liquids and sf Popsicles and jello until March 3.

I was sleeved on Monday and I am on clear liquids, juice, water, sf jello, popsicles, broth, gatorade until Monday Mar 4, then proteins will begin. I'm not hungry at all but my tummy gurgles and makes all kinds of weird sounds so I use a gas x dissolvable strip and it settles it.
