IM SO HAPPPYYYYY...WHAT IF...??!!!...UGH...SHE SAID SHE DOESN'T THINK THEIR GOING TO HAVE ISSUES SO SHE SET UP MY SURGERY FOR MARCH 19 TH...I HAVE TO GO TO A PREOP APPT...GET BLOOD TESTING DONE...AND IM GOOOOOOD TO GO. OMG I HOPE IM NOT DENIED...I HAVE HUSKY...NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. SO IM HOPING AND PRAYING THAT THIS WORKS OUT. I NEED FEED BACK...ANYONE????

your dr office "probably" works with that insurance, and thats why they are "pretty" sure there is no problem with being accepted

that being said..........if you haven't called insurance co yet - i would!!!!!

i understand you haven't received written confirmation, but you could call them and explain your situation about having surgery scheduled - and if they could help you out by telling you about your hopeful confirmation.

i understand you don't want to go "blindly" into WLS, not knowing if you are covered

going back to what the nurse said - hopefully there will be no issue, and you will receive written confirmation sooner than later

if you feel you must/want to wait for "official" approval - cancel couple days before WLS - you will reschedule ASAP when you hear good news
