Before and After Pics

  • Popular Post

I love seeing the progress people have made after surgery. So for those comfortable enough to share them I'd love to see your before and after (and even progress) pics. I haven't had surgery yet (and wont for at least another 3mths) so I don't have any to post but I still like seeing what I have to look forward to. The pic below is me at my highest of 316lbs 2hrs after my son was born.

Aww thanks, i struggle to see changes so every few months I have to do a side by side! I'm 5' tall for reference so pretty short and stout ;) I've got somewhere between 20&30 lbs left to lose...my doc said if I lose another 10 he can do my panniculectomy which will be a huge relief I have a ton of excess skin in my tummy, he thinks about 10#.

I was going to ask how tall you are! You look amazing. So young, also!

I'm a little taller than you not much. We're almost identical starting. You look great. How much did you lose each month from the start. When did it slow down for you? What do you eat each day? I hope you don't mind the questions.

I don't mind at all I lived for before & after shots pre op and even still now it's so inspiring! What's your goal weight?

Here's a before and after shot of me. Started my 2 week pre-op on 1/27/14 at 305.6 and then I was sleeved on 2/10/14 weighing in at 289.9. Now 3 months post-op I weighed in at 234.6!! I'm down 55.3 since surgery and a total of 81.4 since 6/2013!!! Very proud of myself!!! Can't wake to see future changes in my progress

. Fantastic!!

Thank you! I found it today at Ross, super cheap too!

Get outta here Ross is my new favorite store since WLS. I can't stay out of there! I'll be looking for that shirt next time I'm there.

It was in the juniors section on the sleeveless/tank too rack! Bright red stands right out! The shorts are hard to see but are super comfy pull on(ie elastic waist band) black lace from the womens dept, entire outfit was $23 perfect for and ever changing wardrobe! I hope you guys find it!

Great success! Wow. I not only can't wait for surgery day, but to be a year out with pics like this to show success! You look simply marvelous darling! Awesome job really.
