Before and After Pics

  • Popular Post

I love seeing the progress people have made after surgery. So for those comfortable enough to share them I'd love to see your before and after (and even progress) pics. I haven't had surgery yet (and wont for at least another 3mths) so I don't have any to post but I still like seeing what I have to look forward to. The pic below is me at my highest of 316lbs 2hrs after my son was born.

Latest update. I am 16 months out. I was 307 when I started my pre op diet a week before surgery. I am 5-10 and went from size 20/22w to a 12/14 size. Or 3x to L tops. From 49% body fat to 25%. From 44 BMI to 26.8. I consider myself at goal now. The number on scale doesn't matter. I just want to stay fit.

My hero! I am 211lbs surgery due in July!

Aww thanks, i struggle to see changes so every few months I have to do a side by side! I'm 5' tall for reference so pretty short and stout ;) I've got somewhere between 20&30 lbs left to lose...my doc said if I lose another 10 he can do my panniculectomy which will be a huge relief I have a ton of excess skin in my tummy, he thinks about 10#.
