Do they send it to your primary doctor or your surgeon?

Yes I did but truthfully I got to wear the liquid diet was not bad I never felt hungry. So the 12 hours before surget was no big deal I recommend premier Protein shake a when they start your pre diet it's important to loose as much as possible before surgery so that the liver is smallerI do have a fatty liver so I know I probably will have to fast also. Did you have to do a sleep study?

@@leep732 Ok. That's what he said $600.00 but everything else was covered. I already had two required appt scheduled for this month. Dr. Patel was so nice and went over everything. His staff was very nice as well. I just wish I would of done this sooner because I do all the running around with my children for sports. Did you have to fast for pre op?

@@leep732 I just had my 1st appt with Dr. Patel Mon. Waiting on my package with test dates in the the mail. What insurance do you have? How was your experience with insurance approval? Did you have to pay any fees before surgery?

@ Sandisleeve & @ Mrs Bailey I guess we all will be going right behind each other. I'm sept possibly aug my 1st test will be next week then some @ the end of the month. I am so looking forward to taking control of my life back. 10 years is a very long time to be yo yo dieting.

Good luck with recovery!!!! I didn't even give the band a second thought when I read it could slip. That scared me!!!! I'm glad you got it taken out and I think you will have greater success now. I will be sleeved in sept and I am very excited.

Before you can be any good to others you have to put YOU 1st. That means what ever your heart desires is right for you then you do YOU. Good luck with everything and don't give anything negative any life..... Positivity wins all the time????
