  8. . Awesome!! Way to go!! My goal is 20 pound increments!! My weight goal is 125 so I have a ways to go. The doc says I can lose about 60 to 65 more pounds before April and the rest will be extremely hard but I can do it!

  12. Today I hit wonderland!!!! Sw 278, sw 255, currently 199.4!! Surgery was April 8th. So excited!!
  13. Wow!! Congrats to you!! You look amazing!!
  14. Sleeved 4/8. Down 59 pounds and feeling fantastic. I'm not getting in exactly all the protein I need but it's a work in progress. I'm able to drink lots of water now and happy cause I was a huge water drinker before but have just recently begun to like it again. Working out every am and have the energy to do it despite how little we all eat. How is everyone else doing? It's tough some days. I still crave pizza and bread. But I don't eat it.
  15. . This is normal. Each day gets better. I was a huge water drinker before the surgery and after it took about 6 weeks to drink normal. The water is very important so sip sip and sip. Sugar free Popsicles were a lifesaver/ u don't want to get dehydrated. Goodluck!!! Give yourself a week or two and you will be feeling fantastic!! I went back to work after 5 days. Rest, sip and walk!
  16. April 8th was my surgery. 278 starting. Day if surgery 266. Today 217. My 2 month doc appt is Friday. Curious to see where the doc thinks my weight loss is. I gave only had 1 appt since the surgery. I had one scheduled sooner but they had to postpone it.
  17. . Fantastic! How are you doing now?
  18. . Then I'm sure it's just your body healing and adjusting and you will start dropping soon. Your water situation is hard with work I have to sip all day to get the 64 ounces in.
  19. . Don't get discouraged. Wait until your appt. you could be dehydrated some and retaining water. Def could be constipation. 800 calories seem a bit high. I'm 8 weeks out and getting a total of 4 to 500 per day, mostly protein and lots of water and walking. I I stalked for 3 weeks but lost 3 pounds the following week. If I don't get in all my protein- 60 grams I don't lose at all. Keep me updated after your doc appt. at three weeks your new tummy is still recovering so don't fret!!
  20. My doc said no caffeine as it's potency in small pouch can cause very painful ulcers! So I do caffeine free ice teas- make my own with stevia and lemon.
