OMG! Took binder off and almost passed out from pain

I had to take the stomach binder off to get ready for bed. I almost passed out from the pain and felt like throwing up. I had my husband put it back on but now I'm wondering how I'm gonna manage tomorrow when be goes back to work and I need to shower and change. I know it will get better and the binder really helps the pain. But without it just a major burning on one of my right incisions especially when I walk or sit.

Maybe this sounds gross, but wait until he gets home? Unless you HAVE to go somewhere, then just stay at home and shower at night when your husband gets back.
