I just ordered the Nike FuelBand today for $149 from Nike.com. it has a free app to track your activity when you wear the wristband. you can also compete with other friends which would make it more fun.

I think it will be a great tool to not only track my exercise, but prompt me to walk/jog. I'm going to take the C25K program at my medical center's Wellness Center begins in two weeks. I'm no spring chicken either, I'm 54, and haven't seriously exercised in quite a while. I like the completion thing. that could make it really fun. can't wait to get it, I paid extra for 2 day shipping.
