But what r u doing bc i think im confused

This is my usual day:

EAS Advataedge Protein drink on my way to work. 17 grams of protein.

Breakfast is usually one boiled egg, or 2 tbs of light cottage cheese and 2 tbs no sugar added peaches, or 2 oz of light yogurt.

I drink almost 32 oz of Water flavored with fruit punch drink mix and i scoop of powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury protien powder from breakfast to end of work at 4. 21 grams of protien

lunch is usually 2 tbs of shredded chicken moistened with light mayo and light babybell cheese, or a slice of deli turkey and a slice of cheese, or 4 shrimp cocktail.

dinner is usually another one of the lunch options, or cottage cheese and peaches.

And drinking more water through out the night and a sugar free popcicle or two thru the evening.

Hope this helps you!
