Thanks! Im on the short side as well. Im 5'3 but losing weight definitely helps making me look taller :)

Dang! You definately give me a goal to work toward! What are you doing for exercise? I'm inconsistent with exercise and just joined a gym.

I am doing cardio 2 times a week and weights 3 times a week. I am doing Gold's Gym body transformation. I dont follow the diet they gave me but the program turned out to be cheaper than getting a personal trainer. I have flab on my arms but I am determined to tone them without more surgery.

Make the sacrifice! Excersize will become your best friend. After you discipline yourself to go for the first week, you will find that it gets easier and you will even miss it! Trust me, I never thought I would be one to motivate someone into going to the gym!

An update:

I was sleeved 2/4/13.

HW. 257 (18 months ago)

SW. 241

CW. 202

I have had a remarkably easy time of this. The first couple of weeks were very hard, but I have had no issues with vomiting. I am losing about 2 pounds a week and have lost nearly 40% of my excess weight. I am down from a size 24 to a 16. This was the smartest thing I ever decided to do.

NSV today: Went shopping at NY& Co. And passed right by Lane Bryant! The first time shopping there in ten years. Fit a pair of size 16 short shorts and they are so cute and sexy!!!!

My daughter and I went shopping last night for a dress for me for her casual wedding. I have not felt comfortable in a dress for a long time, but this is special. She just picked out some dresses for me and I tried them on. I would have never picked the one I got but it looked great! It was a 1X, haven't seen that size in a very long time!!! The dress I have on in my profile pic is a 4X. I feel so good in this dress. I tried it on when I got home to show my husband and he told me I looked beautiful. I haven't felt beautiful in a very long time. I am so thankful that this tool has been given to me :)

What exercises are you doing to firm up your skin as you lose? Anyone have any suggestions? I'm doing a 30 day ab/squat/arm challenge...but I'm HATING this loose skin!!!

I'm also loosing hair like mad still...any suggestions? :/

I am going to try a wrap, I'll let you know if it works! I'm losing hair too!!! I take biotin, but from what I understand you start losing 2-3 months out, and keep losing until 6 months or longer!!!

I'm going to be famous! Ok, probably not really but I went for my 3 month appt today and my dr was so excited with the results he's putting me on his website. Here's a preview for you all. On the left is this morning at 190, on the right is during my pre surgical consult in Dec, 2012 at 245.
