Any regrets?

No regrets. But in all honesty it ain't always easy. All the barbecue smells yesterday were torture. I did eat half a hot dog, some baked beans and salad which was delicious! So not all that deprived really. The biggest struggle is in my mind!

pre-surgery weight 325; surgery date 2/28/2013; surgery weight 307; 8 weeks past-op weight 281.4; 12 weeks post-op 274

Thanks so much to all you fellow sleevers and supporters! You guys are the best, I can't explain how much I rely on you to pull me through when things are tough, when I have questions...or to celebrate life's new little victories :)

I'm in twoerland (which is the same as onederland for you), and I have to agree it feels awesome! The last time I was there was about 2001/2002. I can't wait to break the 240 mark. That was the lowest weight of my adult life!

Hey all! Just wanted to share a pic of my progress. I was sleeved feb 12 and have lost 40 lbs. but it feels like I have lost sooo much more that that. I was at a size 18 and now I am between a 12 and 14. Wearing medium tees!
