Surprised

For the last two weeks ny scale hasn't budged, not even an ounce. I was eating less than 1000 calories a day. Today I had a little over 1000 and ended up losing a pound and a half. This doesn't make sense lol

Not as much as I should

In a perfect world, we would be drinking well over 64pz a day. But, as long as you're not dehydrated, it doesn't matter how much you drink because there is no minimum amount. Even at 6 months out I can't drink 2 liters a day, I'd be taking a sip every minute just to keep up if that was the case. I'm hydrated so I'm not worried.

I agree. Now that im close to 200 I cant wait to be 199. I will have reached a big goal at that point. I only set ten pound goal incriments at a time. Stalls will happen and get very aggrivating. That too will pass as I have learned. My weight loss has slowed greatly at this point.

I'm at 203...can't wait for 199.

Hi everyone hope all is well I was sleeved on 12_26_12 at first I was losing rather quickly now I have been up 1 to 2lbs for abt two and half weeks since I'm new at this Idk wht to do I try to eat more but can't seem to get enough in pls pls help any suggestions sometimes I'm just not hungry but the scale has not moved in weeks Thx in advance

That is pretty normal although ut is very frustrating. Your body has a readjustment period then it will lose weight again. I went through it. It will pass
