Surprised

For the last two weeks ny scale hasn't budged, not even an ounce. I was eating less than 1000 calories a day. Today I had a little over 1000 and ended up losing a pound and a half. This doesn't make sense lol

I agree. Now that im close to 200 I cant wait to be 199. I will have reached a big goal at that point. I only set ten pound goal incriments at a time. Stalls will happen and get very aggrivating. That too will pass as I have learned. My weight loss has slowed greatly at this point.

I know I've been in a stall for 2 weeks and it finally broke yesterday, now I have a about 29lbs to go, maybe more depending on what I look like when I reach that point.
