Fun visual ways to track weight loss

Hi all! I am a person who likes to visually reward myself. I am looking for something visual to keep track of each lb lost. I saw "motivation marbles" on line and my old weight watchers leader used to give us a paper clip to string together for every lb we lost. I was wonder if any of your have any fun ideas that you do!

Ok, I was just watching something and it reminded me about this post! So this really isn't on the subject of "tracking" weight loss, BUT it is about our commitment to weight loss. What about putting a ring on our dominant hand so that when we reach for food we are reminded of our commitment to ourselves, our family and our life? Similar to a wedding ring, just a regular ring that can hold up over the years that can remind us daily of this commitment...

Hi I found this idea online the jar on the left says pounds lost and the jar on the right says pounds to go... Obviously I have a long way to go! Lol I I color coordinated the marbles green for the morbid obesity bmi, blue for obesity, purple for overweight and pink hearts for my healthy weight range. I like it good visual! It's pretty too!

Thank you, I went to Hobbey Lobbey and bought dazzle beads. They were so small I did one for each 2/10 of a lb lost per BMI scale. I made one for my bathroom and one for work.

I did mine too, good idea for work, but I didn't tell anyone there so....Good luck to all of you! Lets fill the lbs. lost jar!

I've been wanting to do an outline. Just have someone trace you on some poster paper. U can do side& front. It really shows your shape& how big u used to be. Anyone remember that Alfred Hitchcock show where he walks into the outline of himself in profile? That's where I got the idea from. I also take a monthly picture.

Just tell them you are on another "diet" and thought this might be helpful way of keeping you motivated. it is true and if you are like me, they are used to being on a diet "of the month".

I do the pictures but never thought about the silhouette. That would have been neat too.
