I live in Hemet, Ca who is the doctor out here?

Friday my doctor told me my Bmi was 69.4 and being that I'm not to heath cautious she automatically said she wad sending in a recommendation for the surgery because I have been diagnosed with copd and I have high blood pressure. But my worry is who us the doctor out here in the inland empire who does the surgery.
