Vitamins and supplements Pre and post op

Just wondering what people take on a reg basis re: Vitamins and supplements. I am on day 4 preop liquid diet and take Calcium, magnesium, a multi Vitamin, Biotin and mega red daily. Actually, the magnesium is every other day.

I think these pills will be too BIG post op. What do other people do?

Not fond of any LIQUID vitamins!

Per my medical team, I take chewable multivitamin with iron, chewable vitamin C. Chewable calcium citrate 2x a day, sublingual B-12, and 1 Prilosec (6 mod). I was already taking Biotin so I continue to take that.

I take chewable Centrum Silver, an iron pill, and chewable Calcium Citrate x2.

Did your doctors tell you to take the iron at a different time from the calcium? Mine said they can interfere with each other. She also said I'll need to take the calcium three separate times a day because the body can't absorb that much at each time. Thoughts on this?

I also was told to take the calcium separately from the iron and the multi. I'm not positive about the calcium times a day because the paperwork said 3 times but the dr told me 2 times so I will need to check on that one.
