Cookbook called eating well after weightiss surgey

Seems to have great recipes (still on liquids but cannot wait to try !). Book has all types of serving guidelines and recipes for band. Bypass and sleeve. Sauce recipes for purée and soft look wonderful. Amazon for 7.95. Real food! No weird stuff. Perfect for high Protein low carb low fat!

I have the same cookbook. So far I have only made the spinach and cheese quiche and the chicken w mushrooms and they have been good. My hubby even liked em :-)

I have one that i got at Barnes and Noble recipes for life after weight loss surgery by Margaret Furtado very good recipes already made a couple of them

Eating well is also a Magazine,

There is also these mags;

Eating Well, Cooking light, weight watchers,Clean Eating,

these two are on line digital subsription, WLS, Obesity Help ( OH )

all have recipe articles and cookbook off shoots,

just adding hadn't you seen that.
