You look great!! I too was sleeved 6/18/13 but I kind of lost track of everyone. My weight loss has slowed considerably. My hw was 308, sw 301 cw 209. I was in a 22/24, now 16! I understand about stressors getting in the way. Highest weight is purple, night before surgery pink, about 3 weeks ago black shirt. My jeans were actually too big in that one! Lol

I posted on specialty forums regarding PCOS which yes I do have and I see a specialist. One of the top in the nation but no one has been especially helpful in telling me why this occurred. Including on here (except for you. Thanks for responding). I am a nurse I can do my own research but some of it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Just wanted some Personal stories I guess too.

hello all. I have lost near 100 pounds since my surgery June 18th 2013. While I feel great there are other parts that don't. To make a long story short I went to my ob/gyn and he did some tests, took some blood and turns out I'm estrogen deficient. I am 27 years old. Not even near menopause. Has this happened to anyone else? When asked what the cause of this could be he said stress but when I asked if it could have anything to do with weight loss he immediately wrote it off. Thoughts/ opinions

I have this problem too! Sitting too much is just painful. I'm 4 months out on Friday. None of my family understand it either. Yesterday I went out to eat and focused so much on shifting around it was like I was suffering with some hemorrhoids or something lol

Any idea if they have samples considering there are so many flavors?

Are you taking an acid reducer of some kind? I have read here that acid can mimic feelings of hunger. I personally take an acid reducer but I have never been hungry. I struggle to get what's required. Good Luck :-)

I have been nauseated all day since early this morning. Even post op I have never vomited. Today I had an episode of dry heaving. I am worried now that I disrupted the staple line. Am I being irrational? Nurses make the worst patients sometimes. I need some peace of mind...

I also had this problem. Add some benefiber to your diet. Suggested by my NUT. Good luck! It's a pain in the butt...

Sorry I haven't posted lately. I have been really struggling with having any energy whatsoever, but still forcing myself to get outside in the evenings and walk. Last night I had something really weird happen to me. I went to reposition during sleep and experienced this stabbing right sided pain. Now today it hurts when I take a deep breath. I am worried and its Saturday of course. Anyone give me any advice or peace of mind that this is somehow normal? I am 11 days post op today. Thank you!

Had my "last supper" last evening and made it worth it. Didn't go overboard really just made it something tasty that I may not have again for a while. Tomorrow first day of week long full liquid diet. It's getting so close now!! June 18th can't come soon enough!!

I'm doing okay. I thought being a 8 days out I would feel even better, but unfortunately I am struggling with muscle spasms which my doctor has me on flexeril for. Also having trouble staying hydrated due to frequent episodes of diarrhea after I eat or drink Anything. I'm sorry if that's too much info for you. How are you?
