Iall u need is a small teasponn in a full 8 oz glass of water to control the sugar absorption in food its quite bitter though. .. I nvr tried it pre-op but I dnt care much at all for the after tang in my throat but it helps lose wieght and good for pcos due to the insulin resistance

Omg thats exactly how i feel dnt eana go out no energy to even get in the car to drive anywhere so slpy all the time i feel jus squezaed outa energy n im to lazy to even talk idk im constanly hungry but nausious at the same time and do to the fact that im to slpy to got out of the house i havnt gone to the doc and i know i need to because i feel as of i have alzimers i forget everything and i cant answer like criticle thinking ?s or find solutions to everyday tasks the other day i was takeing a shower and feeaked out cuz interlocked hands as i scrubbed my back well i hadt bn able to strech like that in forever due to my wieght but that shouldnt have bn enough for me to yell let me go n thrust away came to find out it was my own arm idk but i am worried about my mental state

Woh how big are g f h cup sizes i caint imagine idk im 5 ft tall n ive bn over flown c to a verry pretty clevaged D and with heels boy they would make my back hurt but i loved them lol i went from a 42 D 2 38 D n yes dey r lookn perkyer from the bottom the side boob skin ugh idk wat to do with it it grosses me out cuz im only 22 with granny arms and rick ross side boobs

Yeah i know wat u mean i havnt lost any wieght in almost two months and ive bn watching carbs n just wat n how much i eat and no luck >_< idk i am takeing fertility medication and i heard that can make u retain liquids but damn i doubt it this much my goal was to be in onederland by now but these 20 lbs r keeping me from it grrrrr curse u pcos lol.... No well jus hang in there the weight comes off slowly nut surely and think of it this way atleast we arent gaining oh ive heard apple cider vinegar also helps the isulin resistance caused by pcos

Well I went to my infertility dr and everything looks normal he sed im just not ovulateing my suger is fine as well as my hormones but y havnt I gotn a cycle idk and its frustrateing not getting a clear answer now I have to wait till march 20th to start clomid I just wish I had the money to skip all that and just go directly with ivf

I had mines in puerto vallarta mexico it was an awsome awsome expierence after was amazeing no regrets at all of who my dr was.. if u dnt get insurance to cover it convince ur husband to go south this surgery was aproved in mexico way longer than the states so with that being sed they have so much more expierence and the cost of liveing alows it to b cheaper I paid 5500 for mine but my hospital was right by the airport by the beach and I paid about 300 for a week stay at the mariot resort it was just a dream come true for me not only that but the wieght loss I know that after the surgery ur like well if I woulda just changed my eating habbits I woulda lost they wieght but no its ur mind u dnt feel hunger anymore n u forget how u would feel wen u had that unsesiable hunger that as much as u ate u still wanted more after eating two plate at the buffet u could eat another one wit 3refills of sweet tea n feel scared n bad for urself now u I feel bad that I go out to eat take 3 sips of juice and can only eat a fourth of a plate n still have to pay $10 lol idk I hope u find a way to get the surgery its much more than the wieght it changes ur whole persona it changes the way u c food ur energy level well this is after ur first month lol but wen u c u fit n ur hold cloths u wana lose wieght even faster omg I jus cant explain how wonderfull this has bn for me as I know itll b for u take care chika

Idk if its the medication (metformin, provera) but lately ive bn eating so much im always hungry or tempted to eat and ive noticed I can eat more I acn eat a whole grapefruit n one sitting not get full b4 I had half an orange and it would feel stuck at the top of my sleeve idk if its my mind or if my stomache stretched :/ I hope not cuz im only 5 months post-op and ive only lost 66lbs I still have another 70 to go... Omg is anybody else like super addicted to carbs like omg latley I can control myself I dnt eat chips but im not on my strict veggie diet or healthy food diet the other day I wanted a burger so I bought a bk staker from bk the $1 ones it came back up but I wanted it so bad I was about to pull my hair out.... Pls any feed back I feel like a failure :/

Lol most ladys r like ugh im on my period but with this condition I feel so feminine and idk I love the expierence unfortunatley though I honestly can say I havnt had a cycle since october of 2011 n that was cuz I provoked it with the depo shot I had a natural cycle that same year in march but only for a day :/ ugh I realy want to be normal... No more the "big girl" Nor infertile myrtle

I realy hoped it wouldve happend by now or atleast a normal cycle but it dnt matter cuz I still feel possitive sooner or later ill feel the joy and excitement wish yall the best of luck ladies yall deserve this after so many years of waiting
