I was not talking about fast food burgers but.,., o'm traveling. I can pay lots for fish and have no way to keep what I don't eat ... 7/8th of it or choose something less expensive and make adaptations!

Whats true....his comment is way off the point. I said if I crave one I will have one. The comment would pnly be relevent I stated I eat this on a daily schedule. I can assure you that neither of you are any healthier than I am. I teach aerobics 5 days a week....two different times each day the day.... I take no medications besides Vitamins and bioton....Im pretty healthy, even after that killer donut.

Oh give it a rest, you don't need to shoot down everyone who does not agree with you. We all live our lives on a continuum What is ok for you is not OK for some of us. I for one, cannot step FOOT into a mcdonalds because it sets of off on a distructive path. Feeding my craving sets me off. My thoughts are always going to be different from someone like you, maybe for the better, maybe not.

More importantly, your name calling is not acceptable here. Save that for somewhere else. McDonalds playplace maybe.

Nope never ashamed. Someone calls me an idiot for no reason. Don't be so sensitive. I'm a good friendly person and lots of ppl here know that. But when you attack me for no reason I'm not going to hold back. And I'm sorry if your sensitive about your weight but all of us are fat. I mean common really. Hello I'm super fat' date=' that's why I got the surgery. I'm just tired of ppl talking down to me. So lets put our adult pants on and chill. And truth is not rude.[/quote']

I did! Lol. I love burgers and want to experiment with sleeve friendly recipes. I do not want to go to mcds for their dried out processed burgers. Ugh. No thanks! Not pre sleeve and not post sleeve! Not all burgers come from mcds nor are they created equal.

I also have to say that you took my message way too serious and that we're fat for a reason hun.

I was never fat....I was 5 4 and 171 lbs. I did it as a preventative measure because I have a family history of diabetes and high blood pressure. I noticed that I was gaing weight dispite of.

Turkey everything is massive over there. It's so lean. Hard to find over here, unfortunately.

I never really took offense. Many people associate burgers as junk and fast food only. But if done right, its more nutritious than a chicken cutlet over salad! I did this surgery to control my portions and i will take 1/8 of a good burger than none. Quality and moderation, thats my thing. We all love them! Lol :)

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
