How many ounces can you eat at a time?

I was just wondering what amounts of foods everyone is able to eat at a time. I'm at about 2 1/2 ounces for one meal, but I'm sticking to about 1 1/2 ounces for snacks.

I'm still at 1/4c and will be a month out on the 19th. I'm not hungry though, so just stick to that. I'll try to increase it to 1/2c. at 3 months per my nuts advise.

I depends on what kind of food it is. I can easily eat an 8oz yogurt, but I can only eat 3 oz of steak.

Same here...I'm 4 weeks out today and can have a 5.3 oz of Dannon light & fit Greek yogurt, but it takes me a while to eat 2-3 oz of turkey deli meat with light ranch dressing.

my nut has me at 1/4 cup at almost 8 weeks. I'm following the plan!

I am 3 months out and can eat no more than 1/3 cup of anything!!!

I get full and miserable!

I am still eating just meat because I have no room for veggies yet.

When I eat pudding or yogurt its no more than a 1/4 cup at a time. I get full fast!
