Congrats you look great!! How much did you lose? What did you eat? You look amazing!!!!'

So what's your weight now? You look friggin awesome!

Wow, you look awesome and SEXY to boot! Can you share with us how many calories you eat, what you eat, exercise? Are you on my fitness pal? I'm 15 months post op and am curious as to how you worked your plan..... :) Thanks

At my highest i wieghed about 415 lbs that i am aware of....When i started my process of getting the sleeve i came in at 395lbs and was considered super super morbid obese....I lost my first 100 about the first year out and the 2nd throughout the 2nd year out... I now weigh 203 lbs with a bmi of 30 ... I'm pretty tall and big boned and would be content with maybe another 20 but that's it if that at all...I eat about 1000 calories a day ..no liquid calories at all...NEVER drink with a meal...And try to make good choices high protien i shoot for 90grams a day less than 25 g of sugar. Also i try to stay super active..I run around all day long at my job and go to the gym 3-4 days a week..I do alot of cardio and strength training at least once a week.. I love the sleeve...I never knew what it was to really live until i was able to to do it through a healthy body...Kinda like i didn't know

How fabulous! Good luck on the last 20. I am on them too. I never thought I could be this small. The sleeve is such a wonderful tool.

We are not too far apart, my two year anniversary was at the end of November 2012. You look amazing and have done amazing! You should be so proud of yourself!! Congratulations!
