I was sleeved this afternoon noon, 1/7/12. My procedure went well and so far I have not had any issues (knock on wood). Had a bit of pain throughout the evening, but am feeling really good right now. My starting weight was 260lbs. Weight today after the 10 day pre op diet was 243 lbs. Just wanted to post and let everyone know! Thanks for reading.

Congratulations!!! You are doing WAY better than I did. I didn't want to move or talk or have anyone near me the night o my surgery! I was sleeved on 12/28 and was 250 lbs. I am about 10 days out and have lost 16 lbs. I hope we can keep in touch!

CONGRATULATIONS on the first day of the rest and BEST days of your life! I just had my 1 year anniversary on. Dec. 13th and yet it seems like it was just a month ago. The next year is going to fly by as you will be so consumed with the day to day positive changes in your life. So glad to hear that you faired the surgery well. Best of luck on your journey!
