Dealing with emotional stress after sleeve...

I was sleeved on October 25 and have done great. Not one single problem. I am having a terrible family ordeal that has stressed me out. I can't seem to keep solid foods down and when i do its smaller portions for even a sleever. I do not feel bad or tired but i know it will come if I do not get to hold down food better. It has been 5 days since i have faced the family turmoil. Has anyone gone through major family problems during the early sleeve stages? Anything i need to be aware of or any advice would be appreciated.

Its ok.. I dont have any family issues.. but I too believe im not taking in as much as im suppose to.. Im just not hungry for one.. and eggs are ok but scrambled they dont seem to taste good anymore. so that changes too for you.. I think as long as you get that protein in.. you will be ok and get those vitamins in too.. thats important..and talk to your doctor. hang in there.

Life can be hard sometimes. I hope things get to a good place soon. But as far as your health, get a hold of your Bariatric team. You don't want to get yourself too worn down physically and also need to make sure that something physical is going on too. Keep faith and hope in your heart and come here to give your mind a break fro the stress.
