How much calories should we ideally take post-op to loose weight

I was 375 on the day of surgery. After two months I am 335 lbs. About how many calories I should aim for every day. I have a sedentary office job with half an hour of medium pace walk and half an hour of light exercise and weights.

Please advise. My fitness pall is misleading for me.

I read my post op guide from my doc and my doc says between 900-1100 calories. It also says may take months to get to that range so if below don't worry. Hope it helps!

Wow, congratulations on such a huge weightloss in 2 months....whatever you are doing is working...Dam! My nut says to eat up to 900 cals a day between 6-8 weeks post op...I sometimes eat a little more and losing an average of 3.5 lbs a week. I have lost 33 since surgery which was 2 months ago. 73 lbs since August when I embarked on this journey!

Keep up the good work!
