Thought we could do a roll call for upcoming 2013 surgeries at MiDoctor Hospital in TJ. I figured it could help us link up while we are in TJ. I am with Dr. Garcia on 1/22 and will arrive at the Marriott on 1/21. I'm going through Ready 4 a Change. Also if any past patients want to chime in, I'm sure we'd all love to hear about your progress!

Just wanted to let everyone know I am staying at the Marriot in TJ and it is beautiful! Abraham and the hotel staff go beyond your expectations. I will be having surgery with Dr. Elias Ortiz tomorrow. So far everything is great. I will write in detail about my journey after surgery.

Yes. I was sleeved on Tueday the 11th. I am about to leave the hospital and go back to the Marriot. I will post a detailed journal in the next few days. I will probably post a youtube video as well.

September 10 with Dr. Valenzuela and Dr. Cabrera ... I think . May switch to Dr. Diaz for the single incision. Either way it'll still be September 10th. Plane tickets are booked :)

Anyone using Dr. Valenzuela/ Dr. Cabrera know if they do any follow up once we get back home?

Thanks! I got it done on Wednesday, the 19. I'm waiting at the Marriott now and leave for the airport home in an hour. I loooovvved the nurse with the blonde hair and braces at mi doctor.

Nice! I think the nurses name is Sam? I initially gained 6lb in the hospital (fluids). I am 11 days out and after surgery have lost 22lb. Let me know if you have any questions.
