This is not normal and needs medical attention. Has it been this way the who.e 6 weeks?

Are eating to fast & too much? I experienced once, on the phone and not aware of the volume & pace. When I got off the phone...OMG! It hurt and would not go down. So it came back up on it's own. So you may have to chew well and slow down that should help
