Where to eat in Mexicalli?

Paying It Forward: I had my VSG Dec 2010 & now bringing a friend (Jan 7 2013) for the procedure. Any suggestions on how to kill thwe downtime? Where did "the bringers" eat or shop? Is it safer than what it was?

I was there on Nov 22. We ate at the Lucerna the night b4 surgery and had an awesome meal. After that we stayed at the hospital the whole time. and only went at the hospital edges to a couple pharmacies. The cafe in hotel was awesome for my husband and son....

You have to try the chinese food here, is the best in Mexico!
