kind bars

What do you guys think about them. Not obviously for there protein content but as a quick pick for energy.

They seem to be low protein, high carb/sugar and with not much nutritional value. I would avoid them, personally, as they seem kind of like candy bars repackaged to seem healthier.

They will provide a burst of energy because they are easily converted to sugar after you eat them. But you don't want your body burning sugar, you want your body burning fat. The best way to maintain a fat burning mode is to stay away from sugars and high glycemic carbs.
