tzepeda 29 Posted December 16, 2012 My doctor said I can have slick and slide food after surgery with no wait period. If it slide right off a plate I can have it. Anyone else cleared that early on? johnlatte 1,232 Posted December 16, 2012 I think that's a bit early. I am 2 weeks liquid, 2 weeks puree and 2 weeks soft. Get to go on soft next Tuesday. skinnyfate1004 21 Posted December 27, 2012 Every doctor is different!!! But I find myself staying on liquid even on purée stage just because I have to get all the Vitamins in and protein... Weird but I find liquid easier then trying to figure out what the heck to purée.. And find myself more comfortable when doing Protein Shakes then actual eating. Also lost 37lbs in four weeks.
