8 months post op and just found out im pregnant

so im 8 months out and just found out im pregnant, im really worried ive herd so many negative post op stories about getting pregnant. is anyone else pregnant i dont see my doctor til thursday... and its driving me insane should i just start prenatal vitiams or wait til i see him
