Thank you :)

Thank you for the info, however I must be doing something wrong when I copied & pasted that web address it tells me:

MU Health Care has moved

This link is no longer valid...please click www.muhealth.org to see the new and improved Web site!

When I go to just muhealth.org I can't find the document your talking about. can you please send me the link to my email please? minimewanna-be@yahoo.com Thank you in advance for your help :}

I went to the main site and searched bariatric, tons of great information there including how to minimize DVT... then clicked on nutrition

http://www.muhealth.org/body_bariatric.cfm?id=5019

and from the nutrition page, I clicked on "guidelines before and after gastric sleeve"

http://www.muhealth.org/documents/bariatric/Bariatric%20Booklet%20VSG.pdf

Really a FABULOUS resource. Thank you so much for posting!

Thank you very much! This was great. Read the whole deal. Going to print it out possibly too. Thx!
