Newbie here from Texas. Surgery is Nov. 15

Hello,

I'm a new member here and I will be having many questions!

My surgery will be November 15th :clap2: . I am getting really excited and nervous at the same time!

I live in Texas and my doctor is Dr. Waechter in Arlington.

Now I'm going to head over and ask some questions

Ask away! In a way I am a "newbie" too b/c I havent been banded yet, but my surgery day is Nov. 20th. However, I have been on the board for awhile and have acquired quite a bit of info, also from the surgeon, and support groups. good luck on your journey!

My question that I posted in the pre-op question area said this.

My doctor said I have to be on a liquid diet for 2 weeks prior to surgery. But, others have said it varies from Dr. to Dr. What did your doctor have you do and whats the best thing to drink to keep feeling satisfied. I'm concerned because I'm hypoglycemic.

Thanks, Leslie
