I can Finally eat...not really...maybe a little!

This is week 4 for me for those who are wondering. I started off at about 297 pre op got down to 288 before the surgery. At week four i am 259 pounds. Good for me right? I have had no side effects besides the gas and the acid. I have thrown up a couple of times, but not because of dumping, but because i either ate to fast or to much.Well on to the food.....

I posted last week with the new foods i have been eating. Now i have introduced very think chicken breast and turkey bratwurst to my diet...no bread of course! I am having a fit because i want corn..... any way today will be the first day that i spend money on food....out. Im going to chipotle! ? No lettuce no rice or no bread it will be really weird.

I just wanted to give everyone a glimmer of hope who are stuggling. I suffered the first couple of weeks with the low energy, head hunger, and constant hungry feelings. It will get better you have to stay patient. I hope that it works for you the way that you intended.

Have a great day......
