Why dont I have a pre-opp diet?

My sleeve surgery is scheduled for 12/27 and my dr hasnt said anything to me about a pre-opp diet. Should i be concerned?

    I did not have one either but wish I had. The preop diet to help shrink your liver. My surgery was 2 hours longer than normal because my liver was do big! I would suggest you kinda do your own diet for 7 days. It will only help u in the long run.

    Good question! My Nut put me on a low calorie diet while I'm the program.

    I will have my second visit and will ask a about pre op diet before the surgery.
