1St Day Of Soft/low Fiber Food

I used to love cottage cheese but today I couldn't even get 1/2 cup down. It just doesn't taste the same. I did ok and I shouldn't complain. Question...can we have baked breaded fish and shrimp?? I'm in the 3rd wk this wk...

If you go with breaded just make sure it is really crunchy. Its probably best to do grilled/baked without the breading but its a choice you have... go slow and chew very well and take time between bites to see how your stomach is tolerating it.

Good luck!! '

Ok thanks...yea I know I shouldn't eat it but it's the only 1 I like. I bought some fresh tilapia so hopefully it's good.

I couldn't eat tilapia after surgery...it tasted too fishy...I was so bummed...I do love fish sticks tho, not the best choice but I'm like you...its the only thing I like right now.

Let me know how your tilapia tastes!!

:)

Hugs!

I will! I have that issue with salmon. Its harder than I thought it would be. I figured I would be living off of fruit at this point but that's not the case...
