  1. I started to use my fitness pal. How many grams of fat and sugars should I be consuming a day? I don't remember it asking that before when I started to use it????
  2. I don't drink ladies and carbonated drinks hurt and make me have some very painful burps. At least that keeps me from drinking any kind of cokes!! I can eat about 2 slices of pizza or a kids double cheeseburger with kid fries???? just depends what I eat I guess.

  4. Hi Ainsleet I have been trying bars for in the morning instead of just of coffee. I haven't found the ones yet lol. I have Protein mix there but just looking at it just turns my stomach! I too feel like I can eat way more than 1 cup like my nutritionist said day #1 I will cut out all sweets, decrease carbs and walk at least 2 miles a day. Its a good start! I found a beef Jerky that I like (no mans land spicy) and I started to snack on that for lunch at work because I was skipping lunch then pig out at home then get hungry again at bedtime. I have been walking on and off and I'm doing good. There hasnt been anymore pain in my leg(knock on wood)!! Thank God!! The holidays just killed the start of my diet so I'm starting Friday morning! I also stopped weighing myself everyday because when I was doing that and I didn't see the scale move I got frustrated. So I weigh myself weekly. Happy New Year ladies! Let's just take it one at a time and do what works for you!
  5. Hi everyone, Well I'm not too happy with my progress. I'm at 165#. Last time I was at 155# and maintained for a long time. I started to get back on my protein shakes and work out but I hurt my right leg. Don't know if its sciatic or hamstring or what! Been battling skin infections too. I'm trying to get back on track but working Mon-Fri and watching grand baby Fri-Sun is just killing me! I'm going to have to just suck it up and at least walk everyday.   6. I pray that you heal quickly! I have no excuse other than me just slacking at work. 12 hour shifts are just so long and sometimes I get busy and wouldn't eat anything all day so when I would get home I would eat but then keep snacking. Even after 2 yrs I'm still not drinking nearly enough fluids. I have to get on a workout routine because walking/jogging on treadmill gets old quick. I have scales and I will look into the volumetrics. Its just getting back on track and finding a routine that works. Good luck everyone!!!
  7. I just saw my ticker and I guess I did reach my 150# goal!I thought it was 140# so I've been so disappointed in myself. This just gave me a great feeling to know that I reached it and had maintained for a long time till recently I gained those 5#!! Lol time to hit the gym✌
  8. Hi everyone! Its been a long time since I was on here. I have to get back on track too! I was down to 145# and I am at 155# now. I have to get back to working out and sticking to my diet!!! Clothes still fits but a little tighter.
  9. My nut said that by 1yr out I would be able to eat 1 cup at each meal. I'm a yr post op and I am eatin about a cup twice a day. I can't tolerate anything at breakfast except my protein shake and I follow it up with a cup of coffee with protein. I have at least 2 snacks like 1 oz beef jerky or a Greek yogurt with nuts added(sometimes it's too much). My nut said I need to up my animal protein but I'm struggling with that still. I TRY to keep each meal at about 250 cal with protein first. Do y'all ever get tired of eatin meat and just want a salad?? I do A LOT! Good luck!!

  11. Its hard when ur not at home with a routine. 2 wks in a hotel would drive me crazy! I traveled 1 yr with the hubby and I had to come home bcuz of the awful headaches I would get. Cleaning lady thought I was crazy bcuz I would clean the room myself lol. We have been home for about a wk and I have been nonstop busy beforw I go back to work tomorrow so I haven't started exercising again:-( I'm hanging in at 149#! I'm hoping Saturday all will fall into place and back into working out (even though I have to deep clean the house)!   18. I want to go up in size too but I know for sure a lift is needed! I wonder if they will sag with time if goin a size bigger...I just don't want anymore surgeries after that. So i need to start researching. It cost my sis in law $8k to get a tt not sure if boob job was included. My mom paid $3k(in Mexico) for tt and lipo (2 surgeries) and he did an awrsome job. He did the back also with the 1st sx and it made a whole lot of difference than just workin on the tummy.
