Hi everyone! My stats: I am 56 (or a mature 30 ) and am 5'5 and weigh 286. I think that's 47 in bmi land. ( however I have been sick with sinus infection for two weeks and ate way too much and walked way too little)

My doc's office is doing all the insurance work. Looking forward to surgery with Dr Andrei in Luvingston, NJ on Feb 28.

I have pre op today do should b February surgery

I am a little scared after reading the leak survivors story. I decided I am going to continue on my journey in-spite of my fear but I am gonna start the liquid diet soon and exercising even sooner so I can have better results

SO I decided today to look, i mean really look, at the calendar. My date of surgery is February 5th, so I have February in my brain BUT really I am in the window!!! I should begin all my vitamins! My pre-op diet of liquids will start in 2 weeks. This process has been really easy for me I feel like it is meant to be! I can't believe it is really here!

So I was going to be sleeved on February 16th but it's now been pushed back to February 27th because of finances. I'm paying for it on my own and will be recovering mostly alone since i live in Seoul' date=' south Korea. My fiancé doesn't live close by so I'm going to be on this journey mostly alone.

I'm nervous because I'll only have about 4.5 days to recover before going back to work. Eek!

Hi Tina. I am 29 too (ok, really I'm 42 too ) I WAS scheduled for Feb 4, but they bumped it back to Feb 18...grrrrrr! I'm in Wichita KS. Let's keep in touch!

LOL!!! I know how it feels to be pushed back! I was initially supposed to be sleeved in 2012...then they gave me a date of January 14,2013....then it got pushed back again to February 18,2013....I already told em I aint movin again!
