  1. Point proven grow the hell up. Fools
  2. Here we go again. So it's easy to tell others how to act and not to write but if any suggests the same for you it's bullying. This is the reason I don't bother with sites like this and why I stayed away for many months. I'm sure your a nice guy but I really don't like the tone of people on this site it's just not nice and unfair to those. I wanted to point that out to you. Your now offended which is fair enough because like you didn't care of the original persons feeling then I'm sure they don't care of yours. I actually do care of peoples feeling and on that note I'm man enough to apologise if you feel that way. Bye bye people I have a real life and more pressing situations that quite frankly are more important than this banter. I'm genuine I'm decent and I have my heart in the right place. Recently my son was made disabled by negligence and it was reported nationally I don't cry about it ask for support or anything. I simply do the best for my family and get on with it. My weight plummetted because of the stress and so I opted for VGS to help get me back on path etc. I come on here for support and my point is people don't need the added moan they need support. Yes my story is genuine www.mylittlespartan.com that's me! Good day people I don't offend but I'm seriously tired of this.
  3. Well if it's not bullying I suggest you read through the responses. Like I said I don't care about what people's opinions are unless they begin to impact on the other person in a negative way. Just by the responses it's obvious they did with this member. If you can't see that then I suggest you reframe from posting. Plus like I wrote this is a forum about the procedure not about titles of topics.
  4. Ignore them. Think of them as a bunch of immature students. People this is a forum it's not about bullying. Wow big deal she wrote a title you did not like. I actually think the title stood out so got responses. Most title are like "what to eat" or "any new gastric sleevers". Truth is who gives a ****. Seriously these people don't matter. All that matters is you lose the weight the best way you can and let these fools carry on being hypersensitive. My god call me any name in the world. I really couldn't give a crap. These responses are just shameful. Everyone has opinions which I respect but I don't respect bullies!!!!!'
  5. I have eaten all I are before and still lost weight. I eat crisps, fries, chocolates and my nemesis sweets. I have still lost loads of weight and I act the same. Why well because it takes a long time to adjust the habbit of a lifetime. Plus I'm still losing weight and my dr said I won't be able to eat loads so you can certainly try he jokes. It's true you can't so eaten some bad foods you will still lose weight. Here's the catch though I lost weight but I want to be healthy so I'm trying to change my habits and learn good ones. Instead of doing the foolish thing like me and eat terribly just to prove that you can after gastric sleeve. Use the time after recent surgery to learn new healthy options while your stoking feels as big as a nut etc. My stomach feels very normal size and I can eat a fair sized meal but I can't over eat or eats loads so this stops me. I'm also active so many of you many not be. Listen to your drs and don't listen to me. Yes you can cheat the system but your only cheating yourself. Moke
  6. Ever since having my op within a month I could eat everything I could before chicken, beef bread etc just smaller amounts. I don't understand how people say they can't tolerate it when I could very strange.
  7. Same here mine hurt in certain positions but especially if I breathed very deeply. It went quickly it was the way I slept in my side. Don't worry
  8. Also in hard times I wall eat anything chew and spit right out mentally this helped. I think we all need a transition to better food but also food that is small in volume. Doing this helped me get to that tradition. I'm on week four and have lost 35pounds!!
  9. I too started eating 1 week after sleeve I had to control the volume but I was eating a couple of chips eggs and chews soft meats. I felt scared but also knew my body was ready. The fact is its all about chewing you can eat anything so long as you chew properly and you swallow small amounts. Although I can eat anything I limit to two to three swallows then I'm full. If you feel your getting full or food stocks I have a little sip of water right after. I know they say not too but the idea was to make the food more purée like but in my stomach
  10. I had no throat pain at all just runny stools few days which worried me. Only 9 days out I feel normal apart from not needing loads of food to satisfy.
  11. You guys were right feel so much better today
  12. I love these forums. Anyone else had tar like bowel movements it's like move been 6 times and every time it looks like marmite or black oil. Ingot scared thinking its a leak etc. I prepared so much but lot came across anything mentioning this before. Thank you guys
  13. That's extreme 40 days. I feel how can I complain after hearing this. How did you find your first week?
  14. Seriously guys I've just had the sleeve I waited 42 hours just sipping water just before surgery and up to a day and half after surgery. I was so hungry but now Incan eat I can only manage two 150ml shakes Cambridge and not even 500ml water there is no way Incan survive healthy on this but this is all I can take it takes be Ages to drink and eat Incan only manage 50ml every 30min on yogurts and foods like soups. All smoothed and runny. Is it seriously possible to live on 280calories a day. This is worrying me.
  15. Completely agree. Im uk sleevers and its hard only 3 days post can hardly drink water finding very hard at moment
  16. Yes had sleeve done feel better now first 12 hours uncomfortable but as gas pain goes way better I have 6 incisions though and on pain killers. Op went well apparently by dr Audun siggurdson. At princess royal hospital No eaten just water for 42 hours is weird. Thanks for support
  17. I'm getting sleeved in a few hours. Early Tuesday at 7am. Bit worried for my family but not scared. Hope all goes smoothly. I know my Pre op diet was a roller coaster but still lost 1 stone. Going to miss the binge but need to be forced now. Can't wait to be post op fast forward 3 months.
  18. Well I booked 3 weeks off work and hope I can do a 15 hour hard shift on my feet lifting things there after if not I'm in trouble. Anyone doing hard labour work after surgery?
  19. Messed up on Pre op diet binged real bad half way through 2 week diet. Will this affect surgery. I really have found this hard but will keep trying
  20. Hubby is only one letter of chubby. It should be banned!!! Plus I love the word moist. It's a lovely word. Lol
