Mine has! It's great! I do have a friend that had to have hers tucked but she lost almost 200 pounds! So makes sense there!

Yes!!! I used to love scrambled eggs now they are just gross to me. Not sure if it's a texture thing or what! I am 6 months post op and I can try anything at this point. I have tried a few of my old "comfort foods" you know the ones you turn to when you need to feel better?1 Well so far I have been truly disappointed, they did not taste as good as I remembered or give me that "comfort" I was looking for. Which tells me the "comfort" part I got from the food was all in my head to begin with

Stories we tell...how do you not "lie" without saying you had WLS?

The topic title is definitely an eye catcher I no longer have the FUPA (fat above "p" area). I was worried it would be saggy but it along with the lips have both tightened up quite nicely!

I have a very personal question!
I wonder if it will always be an issue for me?! I just can't handle much food. I try but it just hurts. It is getting better. I actually got down almost 900 the other day. I felt so much better!

I have a very personal question!
You are right! I judge myself much harder than I did 72 pounds ago. I look in the mirror and see every flaw. I didn't do that before! Possibly that is part of my problem.

I have a very personal question!
I am 6 months post op. I started walk/running about 6 weeks ago. I have completed 2 5k's. I could have started earlier but I was fatigued and honestly just scared to do anything physical. Good luck. You can do it.. Just remember to go extra slow. My run is actually slower than my walk. But a mile is a mile no matter how long it takes to get there

I have a very personal question!
Yes I had stopped drinking the protein shakes but started them back per my doctors advice, He said it will help with the fatigue and he was correct. I've just recently started them again. They have also helped with my hair loss. I drink the Premier Protein. I get them at Sam's and they are truly yummy!

I have a very personal question!
I have very little sag, my arms is my only issue. The running has tightened everything else up nicely I am leaning toward fatigue being my issue! Even being 6 months out I still have trouble getting enough calories and now I have added running! I am working on getting the calories and the fluids down! That is what I mean by post sleeve life! Eating and drinking have not come easy to me so yes my daily life is still consumed with it. I hope this all makes some sense!

I have a very personal question!
YES! I am very happy with the person I see! I almost feel like I am so consumed in the daily task of being sleeved. You know, eating and drinking correctly, Now I run, that's another thing that I spend a lot of time on. Maybe it's just not as important to me now. Maybe I don't feel the need for the attention as I did when I was big. Just thinking out loud here!

I have a very personal question!
Pre op I was a very sexual person. Post op not so much! It's like I am a different person and that just doesn't appeal to me anymore. I would think I would feel sexier with the 72 pound weight loss and want to be more active. Has this happened to anyone else?

FUPA
Well mine has shaped up nicely But I have a friend that lost over 100 pounds and she had to have hers lifted.

How many calories?
I am almost 6 months post op. How many calories should I be getting a day?
-
I am one month post op and so far today I've eaten Buffalo Chicken, Chipotle, an entire wheel of cheese and a chocolate shake. Is that OK?
Girl you are doing great! at one month post op I was still pretty much liquids! I am 5 months out and have really just started trying that type of stuff! But I have had issues! I'm all good now
