Hi to everyone reading..I just wanted to say that I have researched for 2 years and after 15 years of failed attempts to losing and maintaining weight, I have decided to have vsg surgery. I just started and I know its a long road ahead..so any tips or suggestions are welcomed.. thanks have a great day.. :)

Hello all! 19 days post op and I'm down 18lbs so far. Still sore only around one incision....but other than that, I feel great!

Hi all been home since Thursday and finally am able to get rid of the gas!
