I started at a BMI of 56 current is 32.. And that's in 6 months ..so it does happen fast...I currently would not qualify for surgery... lol. My SW was 304 current is 189 VSG surgery was 3/6/13

That's a lot of questions... lol..JK..well my surgery was 3*6*13 and down 115 pounds.. eat most Protein ..once in a while I can eat bread but not often.. and YES I would do it again in a heartbeat.. wish I did it years ago...but hey it was my time

You can ask them to weigh you...I didn't own a scale back then ...lol...at my pre op app I weighed 304 and day of surgery I was 289..so I list 15 pounds on that evil diet...lol

I can't either... tell me the secret...lol..it takes me to Google play and I open it to the same thing I have...

Lol...I am not good at exercise... but I stick to the main rule...protein first...believe me..I never thought I would be posting this and I have struggled... it wasn't always easy.. but I do eat what I want I just can't eat a lot... also I do feel great...

Yes..Dr Caruana did my surgery..I am very happy with my results..I just went for my 3 month post op visit today and down 80 pounds..my bmi was 56 now 40..crazy!!! You will do great..What part of Lockport are you??? I live in the town off transit on reger..

....to tell you all that I am in all my glory today..I started on pre op diet 2/28/13 and that day I weighed 304..my surgery was 3/6 and today 5/13.. I weigh 239...wow 65 pounds gone forever... I must say this is my year!!!! I had my life changing surgery and Saturday my boyfriend of 6 years proposed to me..So now I am engaged.. can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings..

Lmao...of course I do...I was kidding...

We haven't set a date yet...lol...We do know we are going to Vegas to do it..I have been married before so he wants to go there and have Elvis marry us...

Anyone doing her 12 week body revolution??? I started today..can't wait to see what happens in 12 weeks

I am 2 weeks post op and while I have never had pain from surgery, a couple days after surgery I developed this severe pain in my neck..OK..maybe I slept on it wrong..about a week later it went away and moved into my arm..hurts so bad can't even move it.. went to Dr. I have multiple pinched nerves from surgical positioning..??? what??? Now yes this is not as extreme as leaks or blood clots..I get it..but I also can not take anything because my tummy is too new for NSAIDS right now and Tylenol doesn't do jack s#*t for me..so sorry..I just had to vent.. I am more stressed about going back to work..I am a hairstylist and my hands and arms are my money makers...anyone else have anything like this happen to them??? ***sigh***
