So..I am a bag of nerves!!! Been on pre op diet for 8 days..had some small setbacks. this head hunger thing is gonna be the worst addiction to kick.. I started to write some "just in case" letters..started balling my eyes out..so decided that I dont need those cause nothing is gonna happen to me...:::deep breath::: well good luck to everyone going through the surgery...

I hope my surgery goes smooth like both of yours has..I am in the home stretch right now 4 days to go..cant wait..

I have been on this (horrible) liquid diet for 10 days now and 7 to go...the ONLY good about it is a 15 pound loss...otherwise I am miserable...lol..but not cheating... good luck everyone.

So we have probably all been here...I am on the liquid phase of pre op..surgery is set for March 6th ..I am to do 3 solid weeks of this.. first few days I could have eaten my fingers (lol) now over a week in I get so excited to have jello or broth that I caught myself singing to my soup as is was warming in the microwave... soup time..happy time..warm in my belly time...what a freak I have become...lol..hope I got a smile out of ya!!!

How long is your pre op diet? Mine is for 3 weeks and today is day one . Not easy!!! Did you get headaches or incredible stomach pain?lol.. Any tips to get through are welcomed!!!

I agree with you both..It is sad how people judge...I say f**k em and do you...lol..I too have been on so many diets I cant count.. I lost 1000's of pounds and gained them all back!!! I am done... losers bench is calling my name
