pre op diet..

I have been on this (horrible) liquid diet for 10 days now and 7 to go...the ONLY good about it is a 15 pound loss...otherwise I am miserable...lol..but not cheating... good luck everyone. :)

    hey, your doing great! Just keep that 15 pounds in mind and think about how much closer you are to your goal weight. hang in there, your day will be here before you know it.
